Mr. Shrestha is the Founder and Director of Sombotta High School, where he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in strategic planning, curriculum development, and the leadership of high-performing teams. With over 20 years of experience in education management, he has been deeply committed to fostering academic excellence and holistic student development. His key responsibilities include shaping the school’s strategic vision, designing and implementing innovative curricula, leading staff recruitment and professional development, managing financial operations, engaging with the community, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Beyond the education sector, Mr. Shrestha is actively engaged in business leadership. He currently serves as the Chairman of Team Venture Fund Limited and as a Director of Upper Syange Hydropower Limited and White Lotus Power Company Limited.

Mr. Bir Bahadur Ghale, is the main promoter and initiator of Upper Syange Hydropower Project with an experience of 26 years. He started in 1991 when he developed 130 KW micro hydropower plant in Barpark, Gorkha.

Deepika Gyawali is a board members of Upper Syange Hydropower and co-founder of Green Growth Group which is a Food Tech Company with the objective to promote healthy food and create awareness of healthy food consumption. She also promotes the energy sector.

Mr. Shrestha is finance professional with over eight years of diverse experience in financial analysis, credit assessment, equity investment, valuation, research, and private equity. He is a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He currently serves as Director at Summit Fund Limited and Alternative Director at Annapurna Machha Dana Udhyog Limited and Upper Syange Hydropower Limited. Mr. Shrestha holds an MBA from CG Institute of Management, affiliated with Limkokwing University.

Ms. Tripathi is the newly elected board member of this hydropower. She completed her MBS from TU and has been working as an accountant since 15 years in ADMC Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
